Sticking with New Orleans
St. Brown signed with the Saints' practice squad Wednesday.
Analysis: St. Brown signed with New Orleans in April after spending the two previous seasons in Chicago. The 27-year-old was injured early in camp but bounced back to suit up for two preseason contests and catch three passes, including a touchdown, on four targets.

Doesn't make Saints' 53-man roster
The Saints released St. Brown on Tuesday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Analysis: St. Brown missed the first half of training camp due to a hamstring injury. He was able to suit up for the Saints' last two preseason games, and against the Titans on Sunday, he caught three passes on four targets for 40 yards and one touchdown. St. Brown should receive plenty of interest from teams in need of wide receiver depth, and the 2018 sixth-round pick could be on an NFL roster before Week 1.

Suiting up vs. San Fran
St. Brown (hamstring) is dressed for Sunday's preseason game against the 49ers, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Analysis: St. Brown is ready to make his Saints debut after sitting out the preseason opener against the Cardinals. The 27-year-old wide receiver is battling for a roster spot in New Orleans, so it's encouraging that he has finally recovered from a hamstring injury that has hampered him throughout training camp.

Practices without contact
St. Brown (hamstring) participated in Tuesday's practice while wearing a red non-contact jersey, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.
Analysis: St. Brown was held out of Saturday's preseason game against the Cardinals due to a hamstring injury he sustained in late July. The 2018 sixth-round wideout was able to return to practice Tuesday without engaging in contact, and he'll aim to be available for Sunday's preseason contest against San Francisco.

Dealing with hamstring injury
Head coach Dennis Allen said Tuesday that St. Brown missed practice due to a hamstring injury, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.
Analysis: St. Brown signed with the Saints in April after spending the last two seasons with the Bears. He missed 10 regular-season games in 2023 due to separate hamstring and pectoral injuries, and he finished the season with five catches for 62 yards on six targets. St. Brown is battling Cedrick Wilson and A.T. Perry for the No. 3 wide receiver spot behind Chris Olave (hip) and Rashid Shaheed.

Lands with New Orleans
The Saints signed St. Brown on Friday.
Analysis: After spending his first three seasons with the Packers, St. Brown was with the Bears the last two years and has 63 career catches for 928 yards and two touchdowns on 110 targets. In 2023, St. Brown missed 10 games with hamstring and pectoral injuries. In New Orleans, St. Brown will slot in on the depth chart and compete for a job behind Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed, Cedrick Wilson and A.T. Perry.

Set for free agency
St. Brown caught one pass for 18 yards in the Bears' 17-9 loss to the Packers on Sunday.
Analysis: St. Brown was most valuable as a blocker, which explains why he was targeted six times in seven games played despite being on the field between 37 and 59 percent of the snaps in each contest he suited up for. The veteran ended the season with five catches for 62 yards. After two seasons with Chicago and five years in the league, St. Brown is an unrestricted free agent.

Looking good for Sunday
St. Brown (pectoral) was a full participant at practice Wednesday.
Analysis: St. Brown has missed the last three games due to a pectoral injury, but he appears to be on track to return this Sunday against the Falcons. With Darnell Mooney in concussion protocol, St. Brown could be in line for an expanded reps at receiver, though it won't necessarily translate to a meaningful target share.

Out for Sunday
St. Brown (pectoral) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Analysis: The 27-year-old wideout is in line to miss his third consecutive game in Week 16, as he continues to recover from a pectoral issue. With St. Brown missing even more time, expect Tyler Scott to continue seeing increased opportunities as the Bears' No. 3 wide receiver.

Misses another practice
St. Brown (pectoral) didn't participate in Thursday's practice.
Analysis: St. Brown has missed Chicago's last two games with this pectoral issue, and he's now opened the team's week of practice with consecutive DNPs. The 27-year-old wideout has not practiced since popping up on the Bears' injury report prior to the team's Week 15 contest, and he'll almost certainly carry an injury designation into the weekend.

Won't play Week 15
St. Brown (pectoral) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against Cleveland.
Analysis: St. Brown wasn't able to practice at all this week due to a pec injury that also kept him out of last Sunday's win over the Lions. The wideout missed time with a hamstring injury earlier this season and has played in just five total games thus far. With St. Brown out this Sunday, Tyler Scott and Velus Jones could both see an uptick in snaps.

Remains out of action
St. Brown (pectoral) did not practice Thursday.
Analysis: St. Brown's inability to get on the field in any capacity Thursday likely pushes him closer to doubtful for Sunday's game against the Browns, after he also missed the Bears' Week 14 win over the Lions. However, he'll have one more chance to get on the practice field Friday before Week 15 prep comes to a close.

Opens Week 15 with practice absence
St. Brown (pectoral) didn't participate in Wednesday's practice.
Analysis: St. Brown and fellow wideout DJ Moore (ankle) both opened the week as spectators for practice, though Moore was able to play through the injury in last week's win over the Lions and looks likely at this stage to be available for Sunday's game against the Browns. Meanwhile, St. Brown was sidelined against Detroit, and his inability to practice Wednesday doesn't provide much early optimism that he'll be back in action this weekend. St. Brown (pectoral) is listed as out for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Analysis: According to Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic, head coach Matt Eberflus labeled St. Brown as "week-to-week," so the veteran wideout could be in line to miss game action beyond Sunday after he wasn't able to practice in any capacity Wednesday through Friday. Surprise addition to injury report
St. Brown (pectoral) did not participate in Thursday's practice.
Analysis: The 27-year-old wideout wasn't listed on Chicago's injury report Wednesday, but he now seems to be dealing with some sort of pectoral issue that held him out of Thursday's practice. Two grabs in loss
St. Brown caught two passes for 19 yards in the Bears' 31-26 loss to the Lions on Sunday.
Analysis: The two targets St. Brown received represented the first time in four games he has had more than a single target. Unless his role in the offense changes, he'll be difficult to trust in fantasy lineups.

Targeted once in return
St. Brown caught a four-yard pass in the Bears' 16-13 win over the Panthers on Thursday.
Analysis: St. Brown played 39 percent of the snaps after missing four weeks with a hamstring injury. Often used as a blocking receiver, the veteran has been targeted once in each game he's played, and it's unlikely his role will change going forward.

Activated off IR
St. Brown (hamstring) was activated off injured reserve and is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday night's game against the Panthers, Larry Mayer of the Bears' official site reports.
Analysis: The 27-year-old wideout has spent the last four weeks on IR with a hamstring issue, but he's got a chance to play Thursday night after being activated to the team's active roster. St. Brown recorded one catch for 21 yards through two games thus far, and he could very well be Chicago's No. 3 wide receiver once he returns to the field.

St. Brown (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Carolina.
Analysis: The Bears designated him to return from injured reserve Monday and will need to add St. Brown back to the 53-man roster in order to have him available for the Week 10 contest. The team listed him as a full practice participant Monday through Wednesday, suggesting he'll at least be ready by Week 11 if not by Thursday. Cleared to practice
St. Brown (hamstring) has been designated to return from IR by the Bears.
Analysis: This move opens a 21-day window in which Chicago can evaluate St. Brown at practice. If and when the Bears feel his health and preparation is up to par, the wideout could be activated from IR. If that indeed occurs, St. Brown will have the opportunity to compete with the likes of Tyler Scott, Velus Jones and Trent Taylor for receiving reps behind DJ Moore and Darnell Mooney.

The Bears placed St. Brown (hamstring) on injured reserve Friday.
Analysis: St. Brown was inactive for the Bears' first three games of the season before stepping in as the team's No. 3 wideout beginning Week 4, when Chase Claypool was a healthy scratch and then traded to Miami the following week. The 27-year-old played 65 total snaps on offense in the Bears' last two games, but he wasn't especially involved in the passing game, drawing just two targets. Ruled out for Week 6
St. Brown (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Analysis: St. Brown was unable to practice at all during the week after hurting his hamstring in last Thursday's win over Washington. Misses another practice
St. Brown (hamstring) didn't practice Thursday.
Analysis: Despite having added time to heal up from the hamstring injury after the Bears played the Commanders on Thursday night last week, St. Brown has failed to practice in both of Chicago's first two Week 6 sessions. If St. Brown is unable to practice Friday and is ultimately ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Vikings, rookie Tyler Scott would likely step in as the Bears' No. 3 receiver.

Not able to practice
St. Brown (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday.
Analysis: St. Brown had replaced Chase Claypool as Chicago's No. 3 receiver prior to injuring his hamstring during Thursday's 40-20 win over Washington. It's not a role that will likely come with much target volume, regardless of whether St. Brown, Tyler Scott or another player is the one getting snaps in three-receiver sets alongside starting wideouts DJ Moore and Darnell Mooney.

Dealing with hamstring issue
St. Brown is questionable to return to Thursday's game against the Commanders due to a hamstring injury.

One grab in season debut
St. Brown caught his lone target for 21 yards in the Bears' 31-28 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.
Analysis: With Chase Claypool a healthy scratch, St. Brown took the field for the first time this season. He was targeted 17 times in 13 games last season in 2022, and should continue to play over Claypool and see light target volume.

St. Brown is expected to be active for the first time this season in Sunday's game against the Broncos, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Meanwhile, No. 3 wideout Chase Claypool will be a healthy inactive Sunday after getting off to a poor start to the season in addition to intimating to reporters earlier this week that he's been frustrated with how he's been used through the Bears' first three games. Despite logging more than 50 percent of the snaps on offense in 12 of his 16 appearances with the Bears in 2022, St. Brown mustered an underwhelming 21-323-1 receiving line on 38 targets. St. Brown (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 3 matchup against the Chiefs.

Sits again Sunday
St. Brown (coach's decision) was ruled inactive for Week 2's matchup against Tampa Bay.
Analysis: It's the second consecutive week St. Brown will be on the outside looking in, even though there had been some questions about fellow wideout Chase Claypool's status for the contest following a poor Week 1 showing. The fact the Bears kept six other receivers active for the Week 2 matchup shows St. Brown likely has a lot of work to do to move up the depth chart.

Won't suit up Sunday
St. Brown (coach's decision) was ruled inactive for Sunday's season opener versus Green Bay.
Analysis: St. Brown caught a career-high 21 passes (on 38 targets) for 323 yards across 16 games with Chicago last season. However, his role should be diminished in the team's now crowded wide receiver corps this season, as DJ Moore, Darnell Mooney and Chase Claypool are expected to round out the Bears' starting trio. With Velus Jones (coach's decision) also inactive, veteran Trent Taylor and rookie Tyler Scott will slot in as the Bears' reserve wideouts Week 1.

Expected to make roster
St. Brown is likely competing with rookie Tyler Scott for the Bears' No. 4 wide receiver role, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: St. Brown gives the Bears a strong blocking option from the wide receiver spot, which is something the team needs. However, with Chicago having invested a fourth-round pick on Scott, his speed may make him a rotational deep threat. With both expected to make the regular-season roster, they likely will have different roles based on situation.

Solid chance to make team
St. Brown is valuable to the Bears due to his blocking and knowledge of the system, and could slot in as the team's No. 4 or 5 receiver, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: St. Brown recorded 323 yards and a touchdown in his first year with the Bears. Even though he wasn't a big statistical contributor, he was often used to block in the run game, where he was very effective. His main competition for a roster spot in a wideout corps that also includes DJ Moore, Darnell Mooney and Chase Claypool is expected to come from Dante Pettis and Velus Jones. Although St. Brown seems to have the early edge, this battle could go down to the last days of the preseason.

St. Brown (knee) participated in Chicago's mandatory minicamp last week, Larry Mayer of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: St. Brown injured his knee during the team's season finale against the Vikings, but he appears to be healthy once again. The 26-year-old should have an ample opportunity to compete for playing time heading into the start of the season while both Darnell Mooney (ankle) and Chase Claypool (undisclosed) remain sidelined due to injuries.

St. Brown caught one pass for three yards in the Bears' 29-13 loss to the Vikings in Week 18, and ended the season with 21 receptions, 323 yards and a touchdown over 16 games played. He suffered a knee injury in Sunday's finale.
Analysis: After failing to reach 120 yards in either of his last two seasons in Green Bay, St. Brown posted similar numbers with the Bears this year than he had during his rookie season in 2018. Going into the fifth year of his career, he's likely ticketed to be a depth option next year and beyond.

Signs one-year extension
St. Brown and the Bears agreed Wednesday on a one-year contract extension, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Selected by Green Bay in the sixth round of the 2018 draft, St. Brown caught 21 passes for 328 yards as a rookie and now has a similar receiving line (20-320-1) four years later in his first season on the Bears. He had only 215 receiving yards total over the three years in between, but the Bears seem to have been pleased with his blocking in their run-heavy offense, as St. Brown has started each of the 15 games he's played while handling a 60 percent snap share. St. Brown (concussion) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Detroit.
Analysis: St. Brown apparently has cleared concussion protocol after missing one game, while fellow Bears wide receivers Chase Claypool (knee) and Dante Pettis (ankle) are listed as questionable. St. Brown (concussion) was limited at Thursday's practice.
Analysis: Making his first appearance on the practice field since suffering a concussion Week 15 against the Eagles, St. Brown still has multiple phases to complete before the Bears can clear him from the protocol for head injuries. As for the rest of Chicago's injured wide receivers, Chase Claypool (knee) returned Thursday with a cap on his reps, while Dante Pettis (ankle) didn't log any activity, leaving question marks in the position group ahead of Sunday's game at Detroit.

St. Brown (concussion) didn't take part in practice Wednesday.
Analysis: Since sustaining a concussion Week 15 against the Eagles, St. Brown hasn't logged any on-field work, signaling that he hasn't made much, if any, progress through the five-step protocol for head injuries. Chase Claypool (knee) also didn't practice Wednesday, while Dante Pettis (ankle) was limited, so the Bears' receiving corps is particularly banged-up at the moment.

St. Brown (concussion) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice.
Analysis: St. Brown suffered a concussion early during Sunday's loss to the Eagles. With the Bears preparing for a Week 16 matchup with the Bills on Saturday, St. Brown is running out of time to make his way through the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. St. Brown (concussion) was listed as a non-participant in Tuesday's practice.
Analysis: Unsurprisingly, St. Brown wasn't able to get on the field in the Bears' first Week 16 session after he was placed in the concussion protocol following his removal from the Bears' 25-20 loss to the Eagles this past Sunday. St. Brown (concussion) has been ruled out of Sunday's game versus the Eagles.
Analysis: St. Brown was spun to the turf at the end of a 20-yard reception early in the first quarter and remained there for a spell before going to the sideline tent and eventually the locker room. With St. Brown's Week 15 over and Chase Claypool (knee) and N'Keal Harry (coach's decision) inactive, the Bears will be down to Dante Pettis, Byron Pringle, Velus Jones and Nsimba Webster at wide receiver.

St. Brown is under evaluation for a concussion during Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Analysis: At the end of a 20-yard catch early in the first quarter, St. Brown was slammed to the turf by a Philly defender and stayed down. After eventually making a brief visit to the sideline tent, he went to the locker room to determine if he indeed has a concussion. If St. Brown is diagnosed with one, he'll join Chase Claypool (knee) and N'Keal Harry (coach's decision) as unavailable, leaving Dante Pettis, Byron Pringle, Velus Jones and Nsimba Webster as the Bears' remaining wide receivers.

Makes long grab
St. Brown caught three of four targets for 85 yards in Sunday's 28-19 loss to the Packers. He also rushed once for a yard.
Analysis: St. Brown went for a 56-yard grab, marking the longest gain of his four-year career, which was spent with Green Bay prior to this season. That play helped St. Brown lead the Bears in receiving yards, but his output wasn't enough to beat his former team. With a season-best performance, though, the wideout at least heads into Chicago's bye week on a high note individually.

St. Brown caught a seven-yard pass in the Bears' 31-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday.

St. Brown rushed twice for nine yards in the Bears' 31-30 loss to the Lions on Sunday.
Analysis: With Chase Claypool added to the team last week, and Byron Pringle returning from injury in this game, Chicago simply didn't have much volume available for St. Brown in a game in which Justin Fields threw 20 passes. With fewer than 10 scrimmage yards in five of his last seven games, his production from the first few weeks of the season seems to have disappeared, making him a low-upside fantasy option.

Blanked in defeat
St. Brown failed to catch either of his two targets in the Bears' 35-32 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.
Analysis: St. Brown had been targeted 10 times over Chicago's previous two games, but with Chase Claypool having been added to the team, St. Brown played a minor role in the offense. Even before Claypool arrived, St. Brown had been held to fewer than 10 yards in three of his last five games. His uncertain role in the offense going forward will make him tough to count on when setting fantasy lineups.

Targeted three times
St. Brown caught one pass for five yards In the Bears' 49-29 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday.
Analysis: St. Brown posted fewer than 10 yards for the third time over the last five games, and he's failed to find the end zone since Week 1. Although he has games with 39 and 48 yards this season, his lack of consistent production makes him a tough player to trust in fantasy lineups.

Leads team in targets
St. Brown caught four passes for 48 yards in the Bears' 33-14 win over the Patriots on Monday.
Analysis: St. Brown had been targeted just six times over the previous four games, and the seven targets he had against New England led him to his first game with more than 40 yards this season. After playing more than 80 percent of the snaps over the first four games of the year, he's leveled off at just over 60 percent of the snaps since Week 5. His lack of consistent target volume gives him a low weekly scoring floor, and unless he begins to see more targets, he'll remain a risky fantasy option.

Not targeted in loss
St. Brown rushed once for one yard in the Bears' 12-7 loss to the Commanders on Thursday.
Analysis: Despite Justin Fields throwing 27 passes and St. Brown playing on 64 percent of the snaps, this was the first game this season in which he failed to see at least two targets. He's averaging one catch for 18 yards while not reaching 40 receiving yards in any game. He'll likely remain a non-factor in fantasy unless his role in the offense changes.

Pair of receptions
St. Brown caught two passes for 24 yards in the Bears' 29-22 loss to the Vikings on Sunday.
Analysis: St. Brown matched his season high with two catches, and the 24 yards represented his second-best yardage total of the year. With Justin Fields averaging fewer than 20 passes per game, there won't likely be many upside games for St. Brown.

Targeted twice
St. Brown failed to catch a pass but gained nine yards on the last play of the game in the Bears' 20-12 loss to the Giants on Sunday.
Analysis: On the final play of the game, the Bears were pitching the ball around in an effort to tie the game. On the play, St. Brown was one of the players involved, running for nine yards before pitching the ball to a teammate. This was the first time in four games that he's posted fewer than 18 yards. With 11 targets on the season, his fantasy scoring ceiling is limited.

Shows versatility
St. Brown caught one pass for 20 yards while rushing twice for 41 yards in the Bears' 23-20 win over the Texans on Sunday.
Analysis: Although St. Brown was third among the Bears receivers in touches, his 63 yards led the group. His yardage has increased in each game this season, but he's yet to handle more than three touches in a contest Unless his role expands, his lack of usage makes him a risky weekly fantasy option.

Leads team in receiving
St. Brown caught two passes for 39 yards in the Bears' 27-10 loss to the Packers on Sunday.
Analysis: In a game that Justin Fields threw just 11 passes, Brown's four targets and 39 yards were more than double the total of any of his teammates. With Chicago's difficult early season schedule expected to lighten up soon, it's likely that St. Brown falls well behind Darnell Mooney and Cole Kmet in production, and he'll continue to be a depth option in most fantasy leagues.

Scores in Bears debut
St. Brown posted an 18-yard touchdown reception in the Bears' 19-10 win over the 49ers on Sunday.
Analysis: With Velus Jones (hamstring) missing the game, St. Brown tied Darnell Mooney with three targets to lead the Bears receivers. On his score, there was a slight coverage bust, and he got behind the defense for the score. He should continue to see targets as long as Jones misses time. After that, he could fall outside the top-three receiver options for Justin Fields.

Should get snaps Week 1
St. Brown should be one of the Bears' top three receivers for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Jason Lieser of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Analysis: Darnell Mooney is the clear No. 1, with St. Brown and Byron Pringle up next in an unknown order. The difference between second and third could be big in terms of snaps/routes, as the Bears seemingly want to use a lot of heavier formations this season, carrying four TEs and two fullbacks on their Week 1 roster. It makes sense given the limited talent at wide receiver, with the likes of St. Brown and Pringle only worth a look in the deepest of fantasy leagues. Rookie Velus Jones (hamstring) could…read more

St. Brown hauled in an 18-yard reception in the Bears' 21-20 win against the Browns on Saturday.
Analysis: With Velus Jones (undisclosed) and Byron Pringle (quadriceps) unavailable to play, St. Brown played with the Bears' starters. Analysis: St. Brown has drawn praise for his red-zone ability in August practices, but he had a minor role in his first preseason game with his new team. It seems as if he's competing for a depth role behind Darnell Mooney, Byron Pringle (quadriceps) and Velus Jones (undisclosed).

St. Brown has emerged as a top option in the Bears' passing attack, Alyssa Barbieri of USA Today reports.
Analysis: St. Brown has an advantage over the other wide receivers in Bears' camp, as he's played in offensive coordinator Luke Getsy's offense during his time in Green Bay. He's been quite effective in the red zone, as his 6-foot-5 frame has provided Justin Fields with a big target. St. Brown may face an uphill battle for playing time after the Bears selected Velus Jones in the third round of the 2022 Draft, Adam Jahns of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: In the Bears' quest to add speed to their receiver room in the offseason, St. Brown and Byron Pringle were added in free agency. However, now that the Bears used the No. 71 pick in the draft to select Jones, who ran a 4.31 40-yard dash, St. Brown is expected to enter training camp outside the top three receivers on the depth chart.

St. Brown signed a contract with Chicago on Wednesday, Larry Mayer of the Bears' official site reports.
Analysis: The Bears also brought in Byron Pringle as a free-agent signing after losing Allen Robinson to the Rams during the offseason, but St. Brown should still have a chance to compete for targets behind Darnell Mooney ahead of the 2022 campaign. During his third professional season with Green Bay in 2021, St. Brown hauled in nine of 17 targets for 98 yards while rushing three times for 14 yards.

Expected to sign with Bears
St. Brown is expected to sign a contract with the Bears on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Analysis: St. Brown had a career-low mark in receiving yards last year, as he secured nine of 17 targets for 98 yards while rushing three times for 14 yards. The Bears lost Allen Robinson via free agency during the offseason, so St. Brown should have a chance to carve out a role behind Darnell Mooney in a re-tooling Chicago wideout corps.

Snags two passes in Week 18
St. Brown was targeted five times and caught two passes for 22 yards in Sunday's 37-30 loss to the Lions.
Analysis: St. Brown could have had a huge day had quarterback Jordan Love had a little more time to find him on a deep route late in the contest, but he wound up making only a minor mark in the box score. St. Brown could see more snaps than he is accustomed to in the playoffs if fellow wideout Marquez Valdes-Scantling (back) misses any time, but even in that scenario he would remain behind Davante Adams, Allen Lazard and almost certainly Randall Cobb (groin).

Quiet in victory
St. Brown was targeted twice and caught one pass for seven yards in Sunday's 36-28 victory over the Rams.
Analysis: After racking up a season-high 54 yards from scrimmage in Week 11, St. Brown barely made a mark in the box score during Sunday's victory. He did finish fourth among Packers wideouts in snaps as a result of Randall Cobb (groin) leaving the game, and he is the receiver most likely to benefit should Cobb miss more time. Even in that scenario, though, St. Brown would not be in position to offer much help to fantasy players, as he would slot in fourth on the depth chart behind three other receivers.

Analysis: St. Brown got only three chances to make a play in Sunday's game, but he delivered each time and averaged a stellar 18.0 yards per touch. St. Brown secured two of three targets for 12 yards in the Packers' 24-21 win over the Cardinals on Thursday night.
Analysis: The fourth-year wideout was in line for a much bigger workload than usual with the multiple absences at receiver for the Packers, but he ultimately was still relegated to a complementary role. St. Brown (knee) was listed as a limited participant during Thursday's practice session, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Analysis: That makes back-to-back limited sessions for the Notre Dame product, after he battled through his knee issue to gain Week 15 activation heading into a matchup against Carolina. The team may currently be managing the 24-year-old's practice workload to avoid re-injury. Friday's status report will help gleam more detail on his potential Week 16 availability for a primetime matchup against Tennessee.

Still managing knee injury
St. Brown (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
Analysis: St. Brown has had a cap on his practice reps since retaking the field Week 6, so there's no reason to believe his availability is in real danger. With just six catches for 96 yards on the year, however, St. Brown will be off the fantasy radar in most formats heading into Sunday's game against the Titans.

Not targeted in Week 15
St. Brown was not targeted in Saturday's victory over the Panthers.
Analysis: St. Brown overcame a knee injury and took the field Saturday, but he played only a bit role in Week 15, finishing a distant fourth among Packers wideouts with 11 snaps. The Packers' receiving corps is at full strength, so in Week 16 St. Brown will remain at-best the fourth option in what is mainly a three-receiver offense.

Anticipated to play Week 15
St. Brown (knee) was removed from the injury report after contributing a limited practice session Thursday, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Analysis: St. Brown's role has remained peripheral over the 2020 campaign, with just one start to his name and two appearances with more than 25 offensive snaps. Of late, however, he's been slightly more involved, with at least one reception in four consecutive weeks heading into Saturday night's matchup against Carolina. Over his first five outings of the year, the Notre Dame product managed just one catch for 12 yards.

Held back with knee injury
St. Brown (knee) was a limited participant on Tuesday's practice estimate.
Analysis: St. Brown's knee injury has lingered all season, and there's no indication that he's in danger of missing Saturday's game against the Panthers. The third-year wide receiver has logged fewer than 20 offensive snaps in three of four games since Allen Lazard (abdomen) returned from IR. His role isn't expected to grow this week.

Ready for Week 14
St. Brown (concussion) is active for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Analysis: The 24-year-old was limited to 11 offensive snaps last week due to the concussion, but he was able to fully clear the five-step protocol this week. St. Brown should continue to operate as a reserve option in the passing game and could have a diminished role depending on the involvement of Tavon Austin, who is making his team debut.

Carries questionable tag
St. Brown (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Lions, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: St. Brown practiced fully Friday, but he still needs to clear the final hurdles of the league's five-step concussion protocol. The 24-year-old appears to be on the right track. Malik Taylor (hamstring) is also questionable, and if both end up inactive, newcomer Tavon Austin could be thrust into the No. 4 receiver role.

Still managing practice reps
St. Brown (concussion) was a limited participant during Thursday's practice.
Analysis: The Packers' receiving depth is currently a bit thin, as Allen Lazard (abdomen), Malik Taylor (hamstring) and St. Brown were all limited Thursday. It was a positive sign for St. Brown to practice in some fashion, as he was forced to miss Wednesday's session completely. It appears the Notre Dame product is still in the league's concussion protocol, however, so he'll need to be officially cleared in order to suit up in Week 14's game against Detroit.

Sidelined Wednesday
St. Brown (concussion/knee) didn't suit up in Wednesday's practice.
Analysis: St. Brown left last week's game against the Eagles while being evaluated for a concussion, but it's unclear if he was officially diagnosed with one. The depth receiver will need to clear the league's concussion protocol and recover from his knee issue in order to play in Week 14 against Detroit.

Evaluated for concussion
St. Brown is being evaluated for a concussion, and his return to Sunday's game against the Eagles is questionable.
Analysis: The Packers likely won't throw again as they look to run out the clock on a late lead, so the depth receiver likely won't need to see the field again in this one. St. Brown will need to pass the league's five-step concussion protocol in order to play in Week 14 against the Lions.

Ready for Sunday's game
St. Brown (knee) won't carry an injury destination into Sunday's game versus the Eagles, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Analysis: St. Brown showed some flashes in this past Sunday's win over the Bears, finishing with two receptions for 39 yards -- both season highs -- and a seven-yard carry over 38 snaps. He'll look to build on that effort and continue establishing himself in the Packers offense against a strong Eagles secondary that has let up just 210.7 passing yards per game (seventh-fewest in the league).

Back on injury report
St. Brown (knee) was a limited participant during Wednesday's practice session.
Analysis: Allen Lazard (abdomen) was also listed on the team's injury list at wide receiver, despite both players seeing action in Sunday night's win over the Bears. St. Brown logged his best game of the season last week, catching both of his targets for 39 yards, and adding a seven-yard rush. The Notre Dame product has been a regular on the Packers' practice reports this season, so it's too early to panic about his status for Sunday's game against Philadelphia.

Starting to make some plays
St. Brown caught both his targets for 39 yards in Sunday's victory over the Bears.
Analysis: It took St. Brown a few weeks to get into the swing of things after he made his season debut in Week 6, but he is starting to make some plays, catching three passes of at least 15 yards over the last two games. He's still behind three other players on the depth chart at wide receiver, but with the Packers' No. 5 and No. 6 receivers playing a combined four snaps to St. Brown's 38 in Week 12, he seems to have ensured he will not drop any further than that.

Available Week 12
St. Brown (knee) is listed as active Sunday against the Bears.
Analysis: A knee injury has made St. Brown a regular on Packers practice reports this season, but he's appeared in each of the last six contests under a variety of snap counts. His workload is difficult to project, but with all of Davante Adams, Allen Lazard, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Darrius Shepherd and Malik Taylor available Sunday, St. Brown may not surpass his average of one target per game in this one.

St. Brown (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Bears, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Analysis: St. Brown was limited in every practice this week but hasn't gained clearance for Week 12. Marquez Valdez-Scantling (Achilles) is also considered questionable, but both Davante Adams (ankle) and Allen Lazard (core) are good to go. If St. Brown ends up sitting out, Darrius Shepherd and Malik Taylor figure to see increased usage on offense.

St. Brown (knee) was a limited participant during Thursday's practice session.
Analysis: Davante Adams (ankle) was held out of practice Thursday, while fellow receivers Allen Lazard (abdomen), Darrius Shepherd (shoulder) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (Achilles) were all listed on the injury report with varying issues. St. Brown has yet to record more than one reception or 23 receiving yards in an appearance this season, but he could be in line for an enhanced role if one or two members of the position group prove unable to go Week 12 against Chicago. St. Brown (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Analysis: St. Brown has been on the injury report every week since being activated from IR in Week 6. There's no indication that his status for this Sunday's game against the Bears is in jeopardy. His role took a hit when Allen Lazard returned to the lineup last week, as St. Brown played just 15 snaps on offense and drew one target.

St. Brown hauled in his lone target for 23 yards in Sunday's loss to the Colts.
Analysis: St. Brown recorded his longest reception of the season Week 11, but the return of fellow wideout Allen Lazard knocked him down a spot on the depth chart, and he tallied about half as many snaps as he did the week before. Analysis: The 24-year-old continues to manage the knee injury by limiting his practice reps, but it has yet to impact his gameday availability since his return from injured reserve. Analysis: St. Brown is trending in the right direction after logging two straight limited practice sessions to close out the week. Analysis: St. Brown exceeded his previous season high in offensive snaps by 31 percent during Sunday's 24-20 win against the Jaguars. Given that there was no injury reported postgame, his DNP in practice Wednesday came as somewhat of a surprise. Misses practice Wednesday
St. Brown (knee) didn't participate in Wednesday's practice, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Analysis: It has been standard of late for St. Brown to be limited in the first practice of the week, but the DNP is a bit concerning, although it could simply be maintenance related, as he handled a season-high 31 snaps in last week's win over the Jaguars. We should have a better grasp on his recovery when the Packers release their Thursday practice report. If St. Brown's able to play Sunday versus the Saints, his role will depend on whether Davante Adams (ankle) and Allen Lazard (core) suit up.

New season high in snaps
St. Brown played a season-high 31 snaps in Sunday's victory over the Jaguars but was not targeted.
Analysis: St. Brown was shut out for the fourth time in five games this season, which tells you all you need to know about his current fantasy prospects. However, he played easily the third-most snaps among Packers wideouts Week 10, and that bodes well for his chances of hanging onto the No. 4 spot on the depth chart when Allen Lazard (abdomen) returns to action in the next week or two.

St. Brown (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Analysis: The 24-year-old was considered questionable as he continues to nurse the knee issue, but he's been cleared for Sunday's contest. St. Brown has caught only one of five targets for 12 yards while playing limited offensive snaps in four games since coming off injured reserve, and he's unlikely to have much fantasy relevance again this week.

Questionable with knee injury
St. Brown (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Analysis: St. Brown has managed to suit up for the last four games and play through his knee injury, but that doesn't necessarily guarantee that he'll be available against the Jaguars. St. Brown (knee) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: The wideout has had his reps managed in practice the past few weeks despite not missing any game action, making it likely he'll be ready for Week 10. The Notre Dame product only saw six percent of his team's offensive snaps in last weeks win over the 49ers, so he's not likely to affect much from a fantasy perspective.

All clear Wednesday
St. Brown (knee) doesn't carry an injury designation heading into Thursday's game against San Francisco.
Analysis: The Notre Dame product was listed as a limited participant throughout the week, so the fact that he's ready to play is a positive sign for the offense. St. Brown saw just 22 offensive snaps and three targets in last week's loss to Minnesota, so expect him to handle a similar role for Thursday's matchup with the 49ers.

St. Brown (knee) was listed as a limited practice participant on Monday's estimated injury report.
Analysis: The 24-year-old didn't actually practice coming off Sunday's loss to the Vikings, but the fact he was estimated as a limited participant is a solid sign he avoided aggravating his knee injury. St. Brown played 22 offensive snaps and caught one of three targets for 12 yards against the Vikings. He'll likely fill a similar role Thursday at San Francisco, assuming he's available.

Analysis: St. Brown spent the first four games of the season on injured reserve, but even after his return Week 6, he's actually played more snaps on special teams (15) than offense (14) over the last two contests. Full speed ahead
St. Brown (knee) will play in Sunday's game versus the Texans.
Analysis: St. Brown was limited in practice all week as a precaution, and he's been given the green light for a second straight week. The third-year receiver out of Notre Dame had a tough 2020 debut, failing to reel in either of his two targets and logging just 11 offensive snaps. Malik Taylor is pushing him for the No. 3 wideout role, so St. Brown will look to have a big game against a Texans secondary that has let up 246.5 passing yards per game -- 20th in the league.

St. Brown (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Analysis: The Packers are likely just managing St. Brown's practice load carefully after he was activated from injured reserve last week after missing the team's first four games. He played 11 offensive snaps in his season debut in the Packers' 38-10 loss to the Buccaneers, failing to secure either of his two targets. Bit role in season debut
St. Brown was targeted twice but did not catch a pass in Sunday's 38-10 loss to the Buccaneers.
Analysis: St. Brown was activated from injured reserve Saturday and made his season debut Week 6, but he played only a bit role, taking the field on just 11 of the 63 plays the Packers ran Sunday. He showed some promise in his 2018 rookie season, and he could eventually become more of a factor in the Packers offense.
