Greg Jennings: Headed To Minnesota
Jennings and the Vikings reached an agreement on a five-year contract Friday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
Analysis: Jennings will remain in the NFC North, but he'll now don purple and gold instead of green and gold. While he won't have Aaron Rodgers throwing him the ball anymore, Jennings will immediately become the unquestioned No. 1 receiving option in Minnesota. It's hard to say his fantasy value has spiked considerably, considering the quality of the Vikings' signal-callers, but Jennings should lead the team in targets in 2013 by a good margin.

Jennings is slated to visit the Vikings on Thursday, ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: After trading Percy Harvin, the Vikings are eager to upgrade at wideout and Jennings is the top name available at the position in free agency. A return to Green Bay is not out of the question, but if Minnesota (or another yet to be identified team) is willing to make him a strong contract offer though, Jennings could quickly move out of the Packers' price range.

Greg Jennings: No Franchise Tag from Packers
The Packers elected not to franchise Jennings, according to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel writer Tom Silverstein.
Analysis: Jennings is now on target to hit free agency, which opens March 12. It's still quite conceivable that the Packers will be able to retain him, but that's no lock, with teams (like Miami) out there with both money to spend and a need at wideout.

Greg Jennings: Packers May Use Franchise Tag
According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, the Packers are still thought to be considering franchising Jennings.
Analysis: Of course, since doing so would cost the Packers about $10.4 million, that's probably speculative, but the notion that Jennings' departure from Green Bay is imminent may be flawed, given that GM Ted Thompson has expressed an interest in retaining the wideout.

Jennings has made it known that he wouldn't mind playing for Joe Philbin and the Miami Dolphins, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Analysis: Jennings will more than likely move on from the Packers in free agency and landing in Miami with his former offensive coordinator would seem to make sense. Miami needs a top notch WR, the only question may be whether or not the teams wants to spend big money on a 30-year-old wideout.

Greg Jennings: Puts WI Home Up For Sale
Jennings has placed his home in De Pere, Wisconsin on the market, FOXSportsWisconsin.com reports.
Analysis: It looks like Jennings has begun the process of relocating, as his home, which is 10 minutes from Lambeau Field, is now up for sale. A groin injury forced the 29-year-old to miss nine games last season, his seventh in Green Bay. The Packers don't seem interested in giving Jennings a long-term contract, so it's looking more and more likely that he'll move on to another team.

Jennings may have played his last game with the Packers following Saturday's divisional round loss at San Francisco, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. When asked if it would be difficult to leave Green Bay, he said, "I don't know if there's a difficult part. Like I said, I'm excited for the future. Football is going to be football. I'm excited for that."
Analysis: Jennings recorded six receptions (on eight targets) for 54 yards and a garbage-time touchdown against the 49ers. Meanwhile, this follows a season in which he missed eight games due to an abdominal tear that required surgery, as he posted the worst output of his seven-year career with 36 catches for 366 yards and four touchdowns. Since the passing game led by Aaron Rodgers still clicked in his absence, he is expected to take his talents elsewhere for the 2013 campaign.

Jennings led Green Bay with 61 yards receiving on four catches Saturday during a wild-card win against Minnesota. He was targeted six times on the evening.
Analysis: Jennings tied for the team lead in targets with DuJuan Harris and Jordy Nelson. Meanwhile, quarterback Aaron Rodgers completed passes to 10 players Saturday, which limited the value of nearly every Packers receiver. In fact, fullback John Kuhn caught the sole passing touchdown, so Jennings was not much of a fantasy consideration in the first round of the playoffs. Still, Jennings has averaged 7.7 targets in six games since a return from an abdominal tear making him a decent bet to bounce back, even against San Francisco's tough defense in the divisional round.

The Dolphins will be very interested in Jennings should he become available in free agency, according to the Miami Herald's Armando Salguero.
Analysis: No shock here. The Dolphins are well under the salary cap, can afford a big time receiver, certainly have the need, and Jennings' and head coach Joe Philbin is very familiar with Jennings. They could be the odd on favorite to land his services if Jennings goal is to go to the highest bidder.

Jennings caught eight passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Vikings, all season-highs.
Analysis: Jennings saved the best game of his injury-plagued 2012 season for last, assuming the role of Aaron Rodgers' top target with Randall Cobb out with an ankle injury. Cobb would seem to have a decent chance to return for next weekend's playoff game against the Vikings, in which case Jennings' targets could fall back into the single digits.

Cobb looking unlikely to play
Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Press Gazette tweeted that Cobb did not practice Thursday because of the ankle injury he suffered in a Week 16 torching of the Tennessee Titans. Coach Mike McCarthy was initially optimistic about Cobb's injury, but the second-year wideout has yet to participate in workouts. The Packers hoped to have Cobb work on a limited basis Thursday before undergoing testing Friday. FULL REPORT
Analysis: If Cobb is forced to miss time along with Jordy Nelson, Greg Jennings should see an increased role along with James Jones. Though Jennings has been a disappointment, this might be your best chance to get production out of the veteran.

James Jones led all Packers wideouts with seven catches for 100 yards and a score versus the Titans on Sunday. Randall Cobb added 62 yards and a score, pairing up with Greg Jennings, who also found the end zone behind a 45 yard receiving effort. WATCH HIGHLIGHTS
Analysis: With Aaron Rodgers facing little resistance, everyone was able to get in on the action. For owners playing the championship game next week, the success should continue against the Vikings 23rd ranked passing defense.

Jennings had seven catches on nine targets for 45 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Titans.
Analysis: Jennings' touchdown was his first since Week 4 and only his second of his injury-plagued season. James Jones and Randall Cobb seem to have passed Jennings in the eyes of quarterback Aaron Rodgers, although he still remains a solid fantasy piece, given the Packers' reliance on the passing game. Up next is a Vikings' defense that shut down the Texans' passing game Sunday.

Jordy Nelson (hamstring) and running back James Starks (knee) have been ruled out for the Packers matchup against the Lions on Sunday night. FULL INJURY ROUNDUP
Analysis: Greg Jennings should make more of an impact now that he is another week healthier and will see more time with Nelson sidelined. The Lions defense has allowed 21 passing scores compared to just 10 interceptions. Alex Green will finally get one more chance to secure a lead role by carrying a full workload. Analysis: In his return from an eight-game absence, Jennings was targeted a team-high eight times. Those targets didn't translate into much fantasy success, but his involvement is a good sign for fantasy owners. Jordy Nelson (hamstring) left Sunday's game early, and if he's forced to miss time, Jennings and Randall Cobb will likely be the primary focuses in the Packers' passing game.

Jennings to return in Week 13
Greg Jennings (abdomen) is probable to play against the Vikings. FULL INJURY ROUNDUP
Analysis: Jennings is hoping to be "let loose" against the Vikings, but the emergence of Randall Cobb and James Jones could allow the Packers to limit his workload. Greg Jennings: (Groin) Ready to Return
Jennings (groin) is probable for Sunday's game against Minnesota, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel writer Tyler Dunne reports.
Analysis: Jennings could see his snaps limited to some extent, so he's far from a must-start in his first game back from a seven-game absence. The good news for his value is that the Packers can't afford to let off the gas with a 7-4 record, so Jennings should get all the work his health will allow him. Still, with physical limitation still a possibility, Jennings is probably in no better than WR3 territory in most leagues for now.

In his "Week 13 Predictions" analysis, Elliot Harrison notes, "the Green Bay Packers finally have Greg Jennings back in the fold, further strengthening an already scary receiving corps of Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and James Jones. Green Bay has been firing on half cylinders due to injury. Nonetheless, the wideout group is ready to go and facing a Vikings secondary that's allowed opposing quarterbacks a 92.6 passer rating (24th in the NFL)." FULL WEEK 13 PREDICTIONS

Analysis: Jennings reportedly looked good during the portion of practice open to the media, as he looked to be fine running in and out of cuts during his routes. However, looking good in practice is different than being back to game speed. Jennings admitted Wednesday that he may be a bit limited during Sunday's game against the Vikings. "I don't know," Jennings said. "We'll see. Obviously they're probably going to err on the side of gradually implementing me in there." Packers' Greg Jennings reportedly saw groin specialist
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings saw a specialist Tuesday for his lingering groin injury, a source told ESPN Wisconsin's Jason Wilde.
Analysis: Jennings has been slow to heal, which is a mounting headache for both the Packers and fantasy owners. We don't recommend dropping him at the moment, but if this continues, that course of action might become unavoidable.

Greg Jennings: (Groin) Sees Groin Specialist
Jennings saw a groin specialist Tuesday, and his availability for Sunday's game against the Jaguars is in question, NFL.com reports.
Analysis: The plan is still for Jennings to test the groin during practice Thursday and Friday. "The plan with Greg just from Day 1 was to try to get as far into the week because with his type of injury, the fatigue, going through the testing and him maxing it out," coach Mike McCarthy said Monday. "The fatigue part of it we felt sending him out for a bunch of practice was probably not in his best interest for the week he comes back." If Jennings sits again Sunday, expect James Jones and Randall Cobb to continue to see more looks in his place.

Jennings (groin) will go through a "run test" Thursday to determine if he can practice Friday, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports.
Analysis: If Jennings passes the run test, he'll likely go through a portion of Friday's practice. Head coach Mike McCarthy said the team may consider resting Jennings in Week 8 even if he is able to practice Friday. The Packers have scored nine touchdowns through the air in the past two games, and it doesn't look like they need to rush him back. Obviously they'd enjoy having their Pro Bowl receiver available, but the potent offense shouldn't have much trouble against a banged up Jaguars team. We'll know more Thursday, but consider him questionable for the time being.

Greg Jennings: (Groin) Ruled Out For Sunday
Jennings (groin) is out for Sunday's game against St. Louis, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel writer Tyler Dunne reports.

Jennings (groin) did not practice Thursday, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel writer Tom Silverstein reports.
Analysis: We'll see how the Packers list Jennings on their official injury report Friday, but at this stage he looks like a long-shot to play Sunday against the Rams. Jordy Nelson, James Jones and Randall Cobb handled the team's wideout duties more than capably in Week 6 against the Texans, which makes it a whole lot easier for the Packers to refrain from rushing Jennings back.

The Green Bay Packers' offense will continue to play short-handed. Wide receiver Greg Jennings (groin) is out again. Tight ends Jermichael Finley (shoulder) and D.J. Williams (hamstring) are both questionable. In short: It's going to be a Randall Cobb type of game Sunday night against the Houston Texans. FULL INJURY ROUNDUP
Analysis: James Jones has been the player you want in Jennings' absence, totaling no less than 16.60 points each of his last two games. However, his production could be limited this week against a Texans' defense which ranks third against the pass.

Jennings' "out" status opens doors
A groin injury has nagged since Week 1 and will sideline Jennings against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported the Packers will be cautious with the two-time Pro Bowl receiver. They want him 100 percent when he returns, so he could be out several weeks. FULL "LIFE WITHOUT JENNINGS" STORY
Analysis: James Jones and Randall Cobb will be the ones to benefit most in Jennings' absence. Though Cobb finished with two more catches in Week 4, Jones racked up two scores. The Colts defense ranks 16th against the pass, but they have yet to see as potent an offense as Green Bay's. Start either Cobb or Jones as your No. 3 WR if needed.

Jennings has an MRI on tap to determine the extent of the knee injury he sustained Sunday against the Raiders, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports.

Greg Jennings: Knee Sprain
Following their win Sunday, the Packers said Jennings has a knee sprain, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
Analysis: Jennings did not return after leaving with the injury, but that could largely be due to the Packers 34-0 lead. It is bad timing for owners in the fantasy playoffs. Hopefully the knee sprain is nothing more than minor.

Jennings caught seven passes for 94 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Giants.
Analysis: Jennings has yet to have a multiple TD game, but has been consistent enough to get at least one in all but three games. The Packers may need to continue to score points since their defense has been poor. That could lead to big games for Jennings.

Greg Jennings: News
According to coach Mike McCarthy, Jennings should be fine after suffering a shin bruise Sunday against the Bucs, the Packers' official site reports.
Analysis: Jennings was limited to two catches for six yards Sunday, but assuming McCarthy's optimism is warranted, the wideout will have a chance to bounce back quickly, with Green Bay playing again Thursday against the Lions.

Jennings caught three passes for 32 yards and a touchdown Monday against the Vikings.
Analysis: Jennings now has a touchdown in all but two games this season, which should come as no surprise with the way Aaron Rodgers is playing. He saw only five targets, but the Packers were in control of this game from the get go, and were so efficient, they didn't need to rely on the wideout. He'll face off against the Bucs and most likely Aqib Talib in Week 11.
