Graham (concussion) is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
Analysis: We suspect that he's only a factor in the deepest of playoff pools, but Graham's role in the team's two and three-tight end sets with Owen Daniels and fullback James Casey is an important component of the Texans' offense.

Graham (concussion) is probable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, the Texans' official site reports.
Analysis: The Texans confirmed Friday that Graham has passed all of the NFL's concussion testing protocols and has been cleared to play Sunday against the Patriots. That's good news for the Teaxns, given Graham's role in the team's two- and three-tight end sets with Owen Daniels and fullback James Casey.

Graham (concussion) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Nick Scurfield of the Texans' official site report
Analysis: Assuming no resulting setbacks with his increased practice participation, then Graham is on track to suit up Sunday against the Patriots.

Graham's injury is being labeled a concussion, but he was able to practice in a limited fashion Wednesday.
Analysis: Players are allowed to practice before being cleared to play in a game, so it's unknown whether or not Graham has been cleared to play Sunday. While it's a good sign that he was able to practice, keep in mind that Graham was forced to sit out the Texans' last meeting with the Patriots due to a concussion, despite practicing the entire week leading up to the game.

Graham suffered a blow to the helmet during last Saturday's playoff game, but the extent of the injury, if there's one at all, is not known, the Houston Chronicle reports. "We're going to talk about injuries on Wednesday. We'll update you guys. That'll be the first time we'll talk about that," said Houston head coach Gary Kubiak.
Analysis: It's been Kubiak's practice to discuss his team's injuries on Mondays, but he's straying from that this week. League rules don't require him to disclose injuries until Wednesday of the week leading up to a game. "I've got a new philosophy. We'll talk about it on Wednesday," said Kubiak.

Graham (concussion) is active for Sunday's contest against Indianapolis.
Analysis: After he was sidelined in Week 14 with a concussion, Graham will assume top backup tight end status behind Owen Daniels (back). Graham's output has been up-and-down in 2012, but it should be noted that the Colts have yielded five touchdowns to opposing tight ends over the last four games. He could be a sneaky play in deeper formats.

Graham (concussion) passed his final concussion test Wednesday and has been cleared to play in Week 15, the Texans' official Twitter page reports.
Analysis: Graham, who missed last week's game against the Patriots, will return to his role as Owen Daniels' backup at tight end Sunday against the Colts. However, his production has been too sporadic to trust in the fantasy playoffs.

Graham (concussion) practiced fully Wednesday, the Texans' official site reports.
Analysis: We'll follow Graham's status in the coming days, but his full participation at practice Wednesday bodes well for his chances of being available Sunday against the Colts.

Graham (concussion) won't play in Monday's game against New England, Houston Chronicle writer Tania Ganguli reports.
Analysis: Graham was able to practice this week, but evidently he did not pass his final concussion test, so he'll sit Monday, which could lead to added looks for fellow TE Owen Daniels.

Graham (concussion) is questionable for Monday's game against New England, Houston Chronicle writer Tania Ganguli reports.
Analysis: Graham has some utility in deeper leagues, but with the concussion putting his Monday availability in question it would probably be best for his owners to go with a Sunday option instead.

Graham (concussion) was limited at practice Thursday, the Texans' official site reports.
Analysis: Graham, who left this past Sunday's game at Tennessee with an apparent concussion, is trending in the right direction here, but he's been a hit-or-miss option of late thanks to the presence of fellow TE Owen Daniels.

Graham embarked on the NFL's concussion protocol Monday, taking step one in the process, the Texans' official site reports.
Analysis: Three or four more phases remain, though, so we'll have to watch Graham's progress throughout the week to ensure he can suit up for next Monday's showdown at New England. Meanwhile, fellow tight end Owen Daniels and fullback James Casey (a former tight end) are apt to pick up more targets, if in fact Graham is sidelined.

Graham left Sunday's game at Tennessee with an apparent concussion, the Houston Chronicle reports.
Analysis: Graham headed to the locker room mid-game after a rather hard hit. We'll learn more in the near future if he in fact has a concussion, but he finished the contest with one reception for seven yards, his fifth outing of the season with one or zero catches.

Graham thrives against Jags
Garrett Graham stole the spotlight from Owen Daniels against the Jaguars on Sunday, hauling in eight catches for 82 yards and two touchdowns. Daniels totaled 57 yards on six catches. WATCH HIGHLIGHTS
Analysis: Daniels has been dealing with a hip injury which obviously limited his efforts on Sunday. With the Texans getting only three days rest as they prepare for a Thanksgiving Day matchup against the Lions, Graham could have another solid performance.

Graham had eight catches on nine targets for 82 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's overtime win over the Jaguars.
Analysis: Graham saw an increase in playing time with Owen Daniels battling a hip injury, although the latter did play in the game and caught six passes. Expecting a repeat performance from Graham seems naive, especially as the Texans travel to Detroit to face the Lions and their top-10 ranked defense against the pass on Thanksgiving day.

Graham caught three passes (four targets) for 15 receiving yards in Houston's win over Chicago on Sunday.

Graham caught two passes for 11 yards receiving and a touchdown in Houston's win over Buffalo on Sunday.
Analysis: Graham is way down the list of threats in the Houston passing game, but the third-year tight end has seven of his 10 catches in the last three weeks. The Texans like to spread the targets around, often using the tight end and the full back in the passing game, but there's no need to run out and grab Graham at this time.

Graham was not targeted in Houston's win over Miami in Week 1.
Analysis: Graham made an impact during the preseason and could emerge as a second tight end threat, but not in Week 1. Texans head coach Gary Kubiak relied on his elite offensive stars, targeting Owen Daniels and Andre Johnson most often in the passing game.

Graham had four catches for 97 yards against the Saints during Saturday's preseason game.
Analysis: Once again, Graham led the team in catches and targets and appears to be a growing asset in the Texans' passing game. He is still considered the backup to Owen Daniels, but the Texans use a two-tight end formation enough, especially in the red zone, that Graham could become a frequent target in the endzone and in turn, a nice fantasy sleeper.

Graham led all Houston receivers with three catches (four targets) for 44 yards in Saturday's preseason win over the Panthers.
Analysis: Texans head coach Gary Kubiak has been raving about Graham all preseason, telling us the third-year tight end will have a bigger role with the team in 2012. He'll back up fellow Wisconsin alum Owen Daniels, but the Texans do utilize the tight end position often in the receiving game. Graham may become a red-zone target similar to Joel Dreessen was the last two seasons.

Texans head coach Gary Kubiak said Graham will have "a big role on the team" this season, the Houston Chronicle reports.
Analysis: Owen Daniels is still the team's starter at tight end and is a three-down player, but with the Texans losing Joel Dreessen to free agency, Graham is showing signs he's ready to fill the backup tight end void. The Texans utilize their tight ends, so there's an opportunity for Graham to perhaps grab some of those red-zone targets. Dreessen caught 10 touchdown passes (64 passes overall) the last two season in Houston.
