Browns still struggling vs. pass
In his Week 17 "Start 'Em, Sit 'Em" report, Michael Fabiano notes, "Even with CB Joe Haden in the mix, this unit (Browns) has still allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers on the road in 2012." FULL START 'EM, SIT 'EM
Analysis: Mike Wallace disappeared in the stat sheets in Week 16, but this week's matchup against the Browns is too favorable to pass up.

Browns defense struggles on the road
In his Week 17 "Start 'Em, Sit 'Em" report, Michael Fabiano notes, "The Browns pass defense is night and day when it comes to fantasy points for quarterbacks based on venue. At home, this unit allows an average of fewer than 13 points. On the road, it swells to over 20." FULL START 'EM, SIT 'EM
Analysis: With Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers looking to vent frustrations after being eliminated from the playoffs, this could be one of his better performances given the matchup.

Browns secondary struggles on the road
In his Week 16 "Start 'Em, Sit 'Em" analysis, Michael Fabiano notes, "Cleveland, which will put CB Joe Haden on Demaryius Thomas, has allowed more fantasy points to wideouts on the road than any other team." FULL START 'EM, SIT 'EM
Analysis: Decker is coming off one of the best performances of this season, and a matchup against the Browns makes him a nice option in Week 16.

Garcon could cool off
In his Week 15 "Start 'Em, Sit 'Em" analysis, Michael Fabiano notes, "CB Joe Haden and the Browns defense have given up the fifth-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers on their home field this year." FULL START 'EM, SIT 'EM
Analysis: Garcon has been hotter than a D.C. sidewalk in the summer, scoring a touchdown in each of his last three games. So while it is hard to bench him, it might be wise to temper expectations given the matchup.

Charles still posting solid totals
In his Week 14 "Strength of Schedule" report, fantasy editor Marcas Grant notes, "It's very encouraging that the Chiefs have been giving Jamaal Charles a heavy workload in recent weeks. It isn't great that Charles has just one touchdown in the past eight games, but if he continues to see 20-plus carries every week, it seems like a near certainty that he'll find the painted area again soon." FULL S.O.S.
Analysis: Despite not finding the end zone, the veteran back has scored double-digit fantasy points in his last three games. A matchup against a Browns defense which is allowing an average of 115 yards rushing per game and nine scores could see him finally increase his touchdown total.

Browns could be without top defensive player
NFL.com's Ian Rapoport spoke with Browns coach Pat Shurmur, who made it sound as if Cleveland will be without its best defensive player against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Rapoport mentioned to Shurmur that Joe Haden's prospects didn't look good for Week 11. FULL REPORT
Analysis: It's no coincidence that the Browns 22nd ranked secondary was only able to perform above expectations with Haden in the lineup. Fantasy owners who own Dez Bryant and Miles Austin should consider them solid starts against a defense which has allowed an average of 247 yards per game and 16 touchdowns through the air this season.

Browns face challenge in stopping Romo
In his "Week 11 Predictions" analysis, Elliot Harrison notes, "The problem for the Browns will be stopping the Cowboys' offense, which has been more effective of late. Over their last two games, Tony Romo has completed 70 percent of his passes and posted passer ratings of 109.3 and 122.1." FULL WEEK 11 PREDICTIONS
Analysis: While the Browns defense has been more effective against the pass since the return of Joe Haden, the unit has allowed 16 passing scores through the air this season, with some of their worst performances coming on the road.

Haden sparks Browns pass defense
In his Week 9 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em analysis, Michael Fabiano notes, "in two games against Browns and Haden in 2011, Smith had a combined two catches for 70 yards and no scores." READ: START 'EM, SIT 'EM
Analysis: Forget that the Browns have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to wideouts in 2012. Look at the last two weeks with CB Joe Haden back in action - no team has given up fewer fantasy points to the position.

Victor Cruz has the most fantasy targets this season (49) and the Cleveland Browns have allowed the third-most fantasy points to receivers this year. FULL LIKE/DISLIKE REPORT
